The characteristics of the material of
medical surgical masks
Medical surgical masks are generally used in high-demand environments such as medical clinics, laboratories, and operating rooms. They are masks worn by medical staff. The safety factor is relatively high, and it has strong resistance to bacteria and viruses.
Medical surgical masks can also be used to prevent influenza.
Meltblown cloth, meltblown cloth is mainly made of polypropylene, and the fiber diameter can reach 0.5-10 microns. These ultra-fine fibers with unique capillary structure increase the number and surface area of fibers per unit area, so that the meltblown cloth has a good quality. It can be used in air, liquid filter materials, isolation materials, absorbing materials, mask materials, thermal insulation materials and wiping cloths and other fields. Spunbond non-woven fabric: After the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filaments, the filaments are laid into a web, and the web is then subjected to self-bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement. Turn the web into a non-woven fabric. High strength, good high temperature resistance (can be used for a long time in 150 ℃ environment), aging resistance, UV resistance, high elongation, good stability and air permeability, corrosion resistance, sound insulation, moth-proof, non-toxic.
The main products of spunbond non-woven fabrics are polypropylene polyester (long fiber, staple fiber), which is commonly used in non-woven bags, non-woven packaging, etc., and it is also easy to identify, because spunbond non-woven fabrics The rolling point of the cloth is diamond-shaped.
At the application level, it can also be used as flower packaging cloth, luggage cloth, etc., with the characteristics of wear resistance, firm hand feeling, etc., it has become the choice for making such products.
Instructions
1. Carefully cover the mouth and nose with a mask and fasten it to minimize the gap between the face and the mask;
2. When in use, avoid touching the mask - after touching the used mask, wash your hands with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer to remove or clean the mask;
3. After the mask is damp or contaminated with moisture, put on a new clean and dry mask;
4. Do not reuse disposable masks. Disposable masks should be discarded after each use and disposed of immediately after removal.
5. While there are other coverings available as substitutes for standard medical masks (e.g. cotton face shields, bandanas, paper masks, nose and mouth strips), there is a lack of information on the efficacy of such materials.
6. If such alternative coverings are used, they should only be used once or, in the case of cotton face coverings, should be washed thoroughly after each use. It should be removed immediately after nursing the patient, and hands should be washed immediately after removing the mask.
